Custom File Creation Fee

**Please note if you need me to have the file created to be able to print there is a fee of $4 (each design) and that will need to be paid first. BDV will hold and print paid files for you only. Files will stay with BDV also, I will not send files to you to have printed elsewhere. 

There is an additional wait time for files up to 14 business days to get back from my (off site) designer. Most times its sooner but wanted to let you know it could take up to 14 days. 

With the purchase of this item, you are accepting all terms to order.
